Kate Molloy b.1987 Limerick, is a practicing artist based in Dublin, Ireland. Graduated from Edinburgh College of Art in 2014, with an MFA in Contemporary Art Practice. Has exhibited work throughout Ireland and the U.K and was shortlisted for the Beers London Contemporary Visions VI, 2015. Spent 2019 working and practicing art in New Zealand, culminating in an international solo exhibition Controlled Emotion at Skinroom, Hamilton (NZ). In August 2020, her first Irish solo show Poetic Hesitations opened at the Seamus Ennis Art Center, Co.Dublin. Attended the Cill Rialaig Art Residency Co. Kerry in January 2020 and February 2021.
